Mr. Russell Zacharia Williams passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Edwards; a brother,
Willie Ray Henderson and a sister, Jimmy Bass. He is survived by two brothers, Willie Henderson of Newark, Delaware and Michael Henderson of Ohio; one sister, Mary Henderson of Ohio; nieces, Tammy Henderson, Stephanie Cabrera, Stephanie Henderson, Daphne Henderson and Kaneria Henderson; and nephews, Paul and Timothy Bass, Willie Henderson, Jr., Lewis Henderson and Shawn Henderson. Special thanks to the caring and supportive staff of Central State Hospital and Hirman W. Davis Medical Center who provided care for Mr. Williams.
Celebration of Life service for Mr. Russell Z. Williams will be conducted Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of CSH Petersburg, Virginia. Chaplain Tyrone Harper Officiating.
