Mr. Kc Marc Baker, 45 of 620 Leefield Drive Petersburg, Virginia, quietly and peacefully slipped into eternal rest in the evening hours on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at his home.
Kc was born to Polly Baker and Earl Clark on November 11, 1971. Kc was a 1990 graduate of Huguenot High School in Richmond, Virginia. The Joy of Kc’s life is his son, KC Marc Baker, Jr.
Kc’s beautiful smile would light up any room he walked into. Kc had a kind heart and he was loved by everyone he met. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan sporting the blue, white and silver.
Kc was preceded in death by his mother, Polly Baker, maternal grandmother, Mamie Baker and Aunt Mary Harrison.
Kc leaves to cherish his memories a son, Kc Marc Baker, Jr., son mother ,Shameka Hewlett of Richmond, Virginia; a father, Earl Clark of Chicago; brothers, Anthony Clark of Memphis Tennessee, Ernest Clark, of Atlanta Georgia and Wayne Clark of Dyersburg, Tennessee; sisters, Jennifer Baker, of Petersburg, Virginia; Marsha Smith of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Brandy Clark of Racine Wisconsin; aunts, devoted aunt, Carletha Mora of Petersburg, Virginia; Maxine Blackwell and Louise Baker of Los Vegas, Nevada. uncle, Morris Baker of Manhattan, New York; and Bernard Harrison of Petersburg, Virginia; devoted cousins, Marco and Maurice Mayo, Krystal Mora, Demetria Harrison (Favo Cousin) of Richmond, Virginia; and a host of loving cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives. devoted friends, Kathy Adams and Lanesha Sparks of Petersburg, Virginia; Robbinette Bowman of Richmond, Virginia and Sonja Bland of South Chesterfield, Virginia.
Home going services for Kc Mark Baker will be held Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from the Trinity Missionary Baptist Church of God In Christ 233 Halifax St. Petersburg, Va.; Rev. Jeffrey L. Dodson, Sr.,Pastor, Bishop Vincent Harris, officiating of Catherdral Deliverance Ministries Richmond, Virginia. Interment will be private.
Visitations will held Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 6pm to 8pm and Friday 9am to 8pm at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment 25824 Greensville Ave. Petersburg, Va. 23803.
The family is receiving relatives and friends at the residence 620 Leefield Dr. Petersburg, Va.; and the family is asking that relatives and friends assemble at the residence day of service at 10 a.m.
