Henry Lee Elliott, Sr., 66, departed this life at Moses Cone Hospital Greensboro, NC on Sunday, June 20, 2021

Henry was born on May 27, 1955, to the late Burke Williams and the late Della Mc Cargo Elliott.

He was predeceased by three brothers and one sister, Welton Elliott, Walter Elliott, William Elliott, and Ruth Fergerson.

Henry was previously married to Katherine Keene Elliott. Their union was blessed with three children, Henry Lee Elliott Jr. and Princess Della Elliott (both) of Danville VA and Precious Elliott Cherif (Lacine) of Greensboro NC. Additionally, he leaves cherished memories to two other children, Kevin Fitzgerald of Florida and Irene Elliott of Danville, VA, one stepson, Jason Keene; two sisters, Iretha M. Lee and Linda Harris (Tony); one granddaughter, Destiny Elliott; one step grandson, Jherm Herris; one god-granddaughter, Zenamai Pritchett; a special niece, Marinette Lee; a great-niece, Ke’Mayria McLaughlin; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the Blairs Dialysis Center Team, Emmaly Pritchett, Dontay Thomas, and Mekhiya Gregory for all of their help, love and support throughout the years.

Viewing for Mr. Elliott will be on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the J.L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment – Danville, Virginia.

Funeral service for Mr. Elliott will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 2:00pm at the J.L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment, 447 Old South Main Street, Danville, Va, 24541.

The family is asked to assemble at the residence of his daughter, Princess Elliott 11B Old Halifax Rd. Danville Virginia 24540 12:45 a.m. on the day of the service.
