Ms. Tonya La'Chelle Williamson entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Sovah Health in Danville, Virginia.

She was born on April 9 1973 in Lynchburg, Virginia to the late Samuel Holeman Watkins and Delores Robinson, who survives.

Tonya was a very loving person. She had a love for shopping and her family. At an early age, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and joined Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, where she was baptized. Tonya was educated in Danville Public Schools and later graduated from Page High school in Greensboro North Carolina.

Tonya is predeceased by her father, Samuel Holeman Watkins; her paternal grandparents, Arlington and Katherine Holeman; her maternal grandparents Sherman and Thelma Williamson.

Tonya leaves to cherish her loving memories, her mother, Delores Robinson; one sister, Jasmine Robinson of Roanoke Virginia; two uncles, Arlington Watkins (Idene) and William Watkins (Rosalind); one aunt, Frances Watkins all of Danville, Virginia and host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Tonya La'Chelle Robinson will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment, 447 Old South Main Street, Virginia, 24541. Rev. Jackie Stamps, Eulogist.  Interment will follow in Highland Burial Park  3049 North Main Street  Danville, Virginia.

 A public viewing will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 5pm to 7pm at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment –Danville Virginia.

 The family is asked to assemble at the residence 602 Burton Street  Danville, Va. at 12:00 p.m. on the day of service.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the residence of her uncle William Watkins at 602 Burton Street  Danville, Virginia 24541.
