Mrs. Rosie Marie Reiners Webber Fitzwater, 82, met our Savior on July 14, 2026, in her sleep.  She was born in Petersburg, Virginia to the late Willie Lester Norman Reiners, Sr. and Beatrice Jewell Reiners Payne.  She grew up in Colonial Heights, Virginia and later moved to West Palm Beach, Florida and then back to Virginia.

Her most favorite past time was playing the piano and singing with four sisters in church directed by her father.  She talked about it her whole life and cried about because she missed it so much.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Lester Norman Reiners, Sr. and Beatrice Jewell Reiners Payne; a brother, Willie Lester Norman Reiners, Jr.; three sisters, Beatrice Jewell Reiners Sadler, Doll Baby Reiners and Judy Kay Reiners Fleischman.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her sisters, Millie Reiners Cothran and Doris Reiners Bristow; her brother, Ronald Dale Reiners; many nieces, nephews and cousins; an aunt from her mother's side of the family, Christine Carol Barker.  She also had two very, very favorite members that she worshipped and love, Doris's daughter in law, Danita Gwaltney Lukowsky, who received a beautiful visit from her spirit at the exact time she passed away and a favorite nephew, her sister Judy's son, Wayne Reiners, whom she spent many hours of fun with and loved him like a son.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment, 25824 Greensville Avenue, Petersburg, Virginia.  Bishop Jeffrey L. Dodson, Sr., Trinity Missionary Baptist Church of God in Christ, eulogist.

The family is asked to assemble at 1:15 p.m. at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment on the day of the service.
