Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Otis and Helen Taylor, Sr.; brothers, Charles Woods, David Williams, Ervin White, and Arthur and Reginald Taylor; sisters, Jeanette T. Kelley and Jacqueline Thorpe; and grandson TyJuan Crenshaw II affectionately known as Mistro.

Wayne leaves to cherish his memory: sons, TyJuan Crenshaw, Sr. and James Walker; grandchildren Tiana Taylor, Nekwan, Nakaylah, Nakahri Crenshaw, Kali Scott, and Semaj Walker; ten great grandchildren;  brothers, Otis Jr. and Gary Taylor, Spencer Williams (Clara);  sisters, Brenda Smith (Curtis), Beverly Pugh, Deborah and Patricia Taylor; brothers-in-law, Lee Kelley and Curtis Thrope, Jr., and sisters-in-law, Frances Taylor and Dorothy White; and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Special and devoted friends are Cynthia Vaughan, Pamela Dallas, and Tiffany Austin.
