SGM (Ret.) Glen's Obituary

U.S. Veteran

Glen Gee Milligan, 74, of Prince George, VA, passed away in his home on ((January 14, 2026)).  He was born on August 12, 1951, in Beatrice, NE, to Donald and Gladys (Prigga) Milligan.

The family moved to Martinez, CA where Glen graduated from Alhambra High School in 1970.  Glen served in the US Marine Corps from 1970 to 1973 and fought in Vietnam during that period.  He married his childhood sweetheart, Roberta “Bobbie” (Watts) Milligan, on April 6, 1974, in Norfolk, VA.  In 1975, he enlisted in the US Army, beginning a long career of active military service followed by civil service, of which Glen took great pride.

Glen is now reunited with his wife of 40 years in Heaven.  He is survived by his sons Jonathan Milligan of Prince George, VA; Jason (Karla) Milligan of Detroit Metro Area, MI; and three grandchildren. Glen will be remembered fondly by his family and many friends as someone who was thoughtful of others, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and playing guitar, and held a deep respect for his country.  He will be laid to rest with full military honors at Alfred G.
