James C. Elder, 59 years old, of South Chesterfield, Virginia, passed away on August 19, 2022.
He was preceded in death by Charles Peters Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Elder. His children, Isaiah Peters, Shannon Elder, Cumberland Va., Nick Elder, Amelia, Va., Nathan Elder, Henrico, Va., and Dustin Peters, Dinwiddie, Va. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Lily Ann Ruthkowski, Noah Ruffin, Liam Ruffin, Isaiah Peters, and Aaron Spain.
A memorial service will be held September 3, 2022 at the residence of his daughter, Shannon Elder, please contact her for further information.
