Mrs. Esther G. Onenation

Esther G. OneNation (Gloria J. Lyons) was born in Java, VA on May 3,1955 to the late Esther and Carl Coleman. Esther united in marriage with Freddy Lyons Sr. in 1979, and from that union two children were born.

Esther had dedicated her life to GOD and his business. This included her having a big genuine loving heart, and spiritually adopting so many children. When He called, she didn't hesitate to pick up the call and answer. Esther was a part of the very last WAC (Women's Army Corp) in the US Army.

Those left to cherish memories of Esther are her husband, Freddy Lyons Sr.; children, Freddy Lyons Jr, and LaShanda Lyons; grandchild, Kingston M. Lyons ; brothers and sisters, Florence Glass, Rosa Glass (Joe), Beatrice Petty (Gary), Sandra Coleman, Alvin Coleman (Veronica),Sarah Barely husband (Linwood) and Carl Coleman; in-laws, James Lyons (Elaine), Patricia Green (Nathaniel), Wayne Lyons (Ann) and Leslie Miller (Walter); loving goddaughter, Hannah ManyNations (J.L. Glover); and a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life service for Mrs. OneNation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 1:00pm at the Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA 30906. Interment to follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden, 3666 Dean Bridge Gardens, Hephzibah, GA 30815 with Military Honors.

Viewing for Mrs. OneNation will be at 12noon on Thursday, January 5, 2023, prior to the funeral service at the Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA 30906.
