It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, who was a devoted servant of Jehovah for over 50 years. She along with her family were members of one of the first congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses in downtown Waverly. Later, they joined with the Petersburg Central Park Congregation. Isabelle served as a regular pioneer for over 30 years until her death. She lived her life guided by her faith as a Jehovah’s Witness and spoke to anyone who would listen about the hope that she had in the coming resurrection and about her belief.
As a mother, she was a paragon of love and sacrifice, as she nurtured her children with unwavering care and support, instilling in them the values of her faith. She supplied a strong spiritual foundation for her family and lived her life as an example of faith.
As a grandmother, she delighted in the opportunity to share her wisdom and love for Jehovah with them. Leaving behind a wealth of memories that they can be cherish for generations to come.
Isabelle touched many lives and will remain in our hearts forever as an inspiration in faith, and love.
Mrs. Isabelle Dennis was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Joseph Dennis Sr. of the home, her parents Lawrence Ripley and Frances Ripley, her sister, Frannie Pritchett, and her brother, Thomas Lee Ripley.
