Mrs. Jeanette Towler

Mrs. Jeanette Marie Towler, 61, of Danville, Virginia departed this earth on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Roanoke Carillion Hospital, Roanoke, Virgina.

Jeanette was born March 8, 1961 in Pittsylvania, County to the late Eugene Glass and Marie Wiles Glass, who survives and resides in Blairs, Virginia.

She graduated from Dan River High School. She worked in the textile industry for many years before obtaining her license as a certified nursing assistant.

Jeanette loved family and friends, going on vacations, taking rides, volleyball and fishing.

She was a beloved mother, daughter, daughter, wife, sister and aunt that you will be remembered for.

Her strength was her smile and taking care of people.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Towler; three brothers, Donald Eugene Glass, Henry Glass, and Robert Lee Glass.

Jeanette leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter, Crystal Glass of Danville, Virginia; a granddaughter, Cynara Glass of Danville, Virginia; her mother, Marie Glass; two brothers, Clyde Glass, Jr. and John Lee Glass both of Danville, Virginia. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Celebration of Life Services for Mrs. Jeanette Marie Towler will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the chapel of J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment, 447 Old South Main St. Danville, Virginia 24541. Elder Louise Ella J. Pass, Bibleway Worldwide Church, Officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery Danville Virginia

A public viewing will be held on Monday ,May 2 , 2022 from 4p.m. to 7:00p.m. at J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment Danville Virginia.

The family is asked relatives and friends to assemble at the residence, 1069 Halifax Rd, Danville, Va. at 1:00 p.m.
