Obituary
On May 6, 2022, Tasha Tiara Winfield departed this life at Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center.
She was born to Ms. Tanicia D. Winfield and Mr. James M. Taylor in Richmond, Virginia at MCV hospital.
Tasha attended Sussex County Public Schools, graduating from the Lead Center, Hopewell, Virginia in 2013.
She was a joyful,smart, and caring girl to be around.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Parham.
Tasha leaves to cherish her memory, mother, Tanicia Winfield ; father, James Taylor; loving brothers, Kevin Winfield and Garrick Vaughan; loving grandmother, Nancy Winfield; grandfather, Roland Murphy; grandmother, Jaunita Parham; uncles, Gerald Winfield (Michelle), and Ronnie Birchett; aunts, Keysha Hamlin, Roma Jones, Rose Thomas and Etta Bullock; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins, and other relatives.
A Celebration of Life service for Miss Tasha Tiara Winfield will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:00pm at the J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment Petersburg, Virginia with Bishop Vincent Harris, Cathedral Deliverance Ministries, Richmond Virginia, Officiating, Eulogist. The interment will follow at Mt. Moriah United Church of Christ Cemetery Waverly, VA.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 12p.m. to 8p.m. at the J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment-Petersburg Virginia.
The family will assemble at 11:45 a.m. on the day of service and will receive relatives and friends at the residence 29373 Leo Lane Waverly, Virginia.
