Mr. Tony L. Millner entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the Stratford Rehabilitation Center, Danville, Virginia.

He was the son of the late, Shirley Millner. He was raised by his foster parents, Mr. Eugene and Louise Thacker.

He will be greatly missed.

Tony leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Deylia; four sisters, Patricia Millner, Joyce Millner Wilson, Sherelene and Jerelene Hairston; three stepsons, Michael, Christopher and Robert Taylor; a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
